    1. SHIPPING FEES

    From March 1, 2020, QCT-SHOP applies a common shipping fee schedule of USD 5/order.

    3. PRODUCT SHIPPING AND RECEIPT PROCESS

    • The Customer (or Recipient) receives a call confirming the delivery time from the delivery unit authorized by QCT-SHOP.
    • The Customer (or Recipient) checks the product and invoice, then signs the receipt and makes payment to the delivery staff.
    • The Customer (or Recipient) has the right to refuse to receive the goods in the following cases: the shape or color or size or product code is not the same as the product on the QCT-SHOP e-commerce website; the value of the goods is different from the order value placed by the buyer on the QCT-SHOP e-commerce website.
    • In case the Customer (or Recipient) refuses to receive the goods for reasons other than the product, the Customer (or Recipient) must still pay the shipping fee according to each specific case.
    • In case of any questions or complaints after receiving the product, the Customer (or Recipient) should contact  the hotline: 19008079 or via the contact information provided on the website QCT-SHOP.côm.

    4. SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    4.1. HOW MANY TIMES CAN AN ORDER BE DELIVERED?

    Orders can be delivered up to 3 times (If the first delivery fails, the delivery staff will contact you again for the 2nd and 3rd times after 1-2 business days). After 3 unsuccessful deliveries, the order will be canceled and returned to QCT-SHOP.

    4.2 WHEN I RECEIVE THE ORDER, CAN I VIEW THE PRODUCT BEFORE PAYING?

    You can completely open the package to check the product before payment or before shipping.

    In case you encounter any problems, please contact QCT-SHOP hotline immediately for timely support.

    Note: No exchange or return is applicable for promotional, discounted, or discounted products after receipt. Therefore, please check the goods carefully before receiving them.

    4.3 CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

    If you need to change your address after placing an order, you can immediately contact the customer service hotline  19008079  (extension 1) to promptly update your new address.

    4.4 IN WHAT CASES CAN CUSTOMERS EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?

    Customers can exchange products for other products when receiving products with manufacturer defects or not the right size.

    For return orders due to QCT-SHOP fault (such as delivering the wrong product, delivering defective products, etc.), QCT-SHOP will bear all subsequent shipping costs.

    For return orders due to Customer’s fault (such as wanting to change size, change product,…), the Customer will be responsible for all subsequent shipping costs. Each way of delivery is 5USD.

    Note: Not applicable to QCT-SHOP promotions, discounts, and offers.
