    Products purchased during promotional programs.

    Products that have expired for exchange.

    Products that no longer have labels, are used incorrectly, have been stored in collisions or friction with hard objects, causing scratches or damage.

    No purchase invoice.

    Product accessories are no longer complete (missing buttons, zippers, etc.)

    Underwear, socks and accessories.

    Products that have been used or have the smell of perfume or cosmetics.

    QCT-SHOP accepts returned products in case of manufacturer's defects including: discoloration, fading, material defects, seam defects, design defects... without a replacement product, not in accordance with the product description and standards.     Currently GLOBALSHOPTP supports product exchange within 5 days from the date you successfully receive the product.

    In case of return due to customer's fault (choosing wrong product, color, size...): Customer will bear 2-way shipping fee.

    In case of return due to GLOBALSHOPTP's fault (delivered product has technical error from the manufacturer or QCT-SHOP's delivery department delivers wrong product compared to order information,...): The company will bear 2-way shipping fee.

    The process of processing the exchange procedure is carried out within 3 - 7 days from the time GLOBALSHOPTP receives all the information and the exchanged product is sent back according to the regulations from the customer.

    In case you have paid for the goods and are eligible for a refund as prescribed. From the time you submit complete refund information, OWEN will process it within a maximum of 14 days

    In case you have not received the goods but have paid by card: Bank account up to 14 days Visa, credit... up to 30 days

    Note: The shipping fee for exchanging goods is not determined by geographical location but is determined by the case of returning goods (from the customer or the Company).
